Using a BlackSky PRM II to release a spring this mechanism pushes the parachute and
coupler tube out the end of the payload bay. At the ROC launch in December it was flown
twice in my PML Tethys with I161W-L and I161W-P motors.
Dual deployment is next. Using two spring things back to back with the AltAcc in the middle.
